Li River Cruise - Xing Ping Bamboo Raft Trip (Trip 1LRC) A short bus journey takes us to the Ming Dynasty village of Xing Ping, the way Yangshou used to be. Cormorant Fishing - Evening (Trip 1CF) A trip to Yangshuo is not complete without a night of cormorant fishing. A traditional fishing method going back thousands of years, the cormorants are used as the fishing rods, swimming around the raft while a suspended light attracts fish to the flame. Chinese Cooking School - half day (Trip 2YBR) Chinese cooking is reknowned all over the world for its variety, health and taste. This course commences by shopping at the local markets to select your bet and freshest ingredients. We then prepare them before commencing ou cooking under the watchful eye of seasoned Chinese chefs.
